He married Wealthy Ann WILMOT 27 August 1864. Wealthy was born 18 October 1845 in PA. Wealthy was the daughter of John WILMOTT. Wealthy died 20 May 1870 in Windsor, Broome, NY, at 24 years of age. Riley was a shoemaker.

Riley Drake BARTON and Wealthy Ann WILMOT had the following child:
