3209. Francis Dexter⁹ BARTON (Charles Uriah⁸, Otis⁷, Caleb⁶, John⁵, Caleb⁴, Samuel³, Matthew², Edward¹) was born in North Brookfield, Worcestor, MA 22 July 1854. Francis died 12 March 1925 at 70 years of age.

He married Anna Elizabeth BROWN 5 June 1884 in Palmer, Hampden, MA.⁽²¹⁴⁸⁾ Anna was born about 1858 in Palmer, Hampden, MA. Anna was the daughter of Ebenezer BROWN and Mary WIFE OF EBENEZER BROWN.

Francis was listed as the head of a family on the 1900 Census in Palmer, Hampden, MA. Francis was a jeweler at his marriage and in the 1900 census.

Francis Dexter BARTON and Anna Elizabeth BROWN had the following children:

4508 i. Francis Brown¹⁰ BARTON was born in Palmer, Hampden, MA 15 March 1886.⁽²¹⁴⁹⁾ Francis died 20 April 1971 in Minneapolis, Hennepin, MN, at 85 years of age. He married Bernice WIFE OF FRANCIS BARTON. Bernice was born about 1891 in West Springfield, Hampden, MA. Francis was a teacher at the University of Minnesota in 1922 when he and his wife went abroad and applied for a passport.

+ 4509 ii. Robert Eben BARTON was born 15 August 1887.

4510 iii. Mollie A. BARTON was born in Palmer, Hampden, MA 21 February 1897.
