2478. Edmund⁹ BARTON (Silas Ransom⁸, Silas Ransom⁷, Abia⁶, Joshua⁵, Joshua⁴, Samuel³, Matthew², Edward¹) was born 3 April 1882.⁽¹⁹⁵¹⁾ Edmund died 12 October 1961 in Orchard, Antelope, NE, at 79 years of age.

He married Lulu TROUTMAN 20 September 1905. Lulu was born about 1886 in NE. Lulu died 1968 at 82 years of age.

Edmund was listed as the head of a household on the 1930 census in Royal, Antelope, NE. The following individuals are also linked to this event: Homer E. BARTON (son); Lulu TROUTMAN (wife). Edmund was a house carpenter.

3881 i. Homer E.¹⁰ BARTON was born in NE 26 September 1906. Homer died 31 January 1976 in Orchard, Antelope, NE, at 69 years of age. His body was interred 1976 in Tilden, Madison, NE. He married Clara Mae BEAL 6 September 1930 in Yankton, SD. Clara was born 1911. Clara was the daughter of Hiram Sparks BEAL and Louise Mable KARABEL. Clara died 25 June 2000 in Simi Valley, Ventura, CA, at 88 years of age. Homer was a teacher in the 1930 census.
