3928. Donald Miles¹⁰ BARTON (Jonathan Miles Chub⁹, Uriah Samuel⁸, Joel⁷, Jonathan⁶, Timothy⁵, Joshua⁴, Samuel³, Matthew², Edward¹) was born in Storm Lake, IA 15 May 1900.⁽²³⁶⁵⁾ Donald died 14 June 1950 in Bennett, NE, at 50 years of age.

He married Ruth Emeline JONES 1 January 1938 in Nashua, IA. Ruth was born 1 April 1910 in Highmore, SD. Ruth was the daughter of Oren Wilbur JONES sr. and Treaty Perpetua RITCHA. Ruth died 14 April 1972 in Lincoln, Lancaster, NE, at 62 years of age. Donald enlisted in the U. S. Army on April 19, 1917 having lied about his age (18 sted 16.) He was stationed along the Mexican border in Arizona for a year, Travis, TX for six months and was discharged as a corporal in February of 1919. He was an active member of his community both in the church and the cub scouts. He was co-owner of Tire Mileage, Inc. was returning home from a business trip when he suffered a fatal heart attack near Bennett, Nebraska.

Donald Miles BARTON and Ruth Emeline JONES had the following children:
