3480. Alfred Whitaker⁹ BARTON (Theodore Porter⁸, Porter Gibbons⁷, Porter⁶, Jedediah⁵, Edmund⁴, Samuel³, Matthew², Edward¹) was born 14 March 1907. Alfred died 25 August 1994 in Inverness, Citrus, FL, at 87 years of age.

He married Hazel WALKER 5 October 1927. Hazel was born about 1908 in RI.

Alfred was listed as the head of a household on the 1930 census in St. Petersburg, Pinellis, FL. The following individuals are also linked to this event: Thomas Alfred BARTON (son); Hazel WALKER (wife). In the 1930 Keene city directory it says that Alfred had moved to St. Petersburg, FL In the 1930 census he is a clerk for the post office. In 1933 he is back and is a clerk at Spencer Hardware.

Alfred Whitaker BARTON and Hazel WALKER had the following children:
