530. Simon⁷ BARTON (Timothy Stowe⁶, Timothy⁵, Joshua⁴, Samuel³, Matthew², Edward¹) was born in Dudley, MA 30 October 1782. Simon died 23 September 1877 in Moriah, Essex, NY, at 94 years of age.

He married Olive CARY 24 August 1806. Olive was born 29 April 1789 in Belcher, Washington, NY. Olive was the daughter of John CARY and Mary RUDE. Olive died 22 July 1867 in Moriah, Essex, NY, at 78 years of age.

Simon was listed as a household member living with Charles MOREHOUSE on the 1870 Census in Moriah, Essex, NY. The following individuals are also linked to this event: Lizzie MOREHOUSE (household member); Charles MOREHOUSE (household member); Irving MOREHOUSE (household member); Mary Ann BARTON (household member); Emma MOREHOUSE (household member); Sarah MOREHOUSE (household member). Simon is also found in the Vermont VR as being born in Whitingham on the same date. He was age 88 living with daughter Mary and son in law Charles Morehouse in Moriah, NY in 1870.

+ 1291 v. Olive BARTON was born 9 February 1819.

+ 1292 vi. Mary Ann BARTON was born 14 June 1821.

+ 1293 vii. Phebe BARTON was born June 1824.

+ 1294 viii. Albert BARTON was born 10 August 1826.
