He married Mercy FULLER 15 October 1816 in Granby, Hampshire, MA.⁽⁷⁶⁶⁾ Mercy was born 2 May 1791. Mercy died 27 April 1871 in Wayne, Ashtabula, OH, at 79 years of age.

1455 iv. Electa BARTON was born in Granby, Hampshire, MA 10 September 1826. Electa died 9 October 1876 at 50 years of age. She married Gershom Jerome MINER. Gershom was born 9 February 1829 in MA.

1456 v. Juliann BARTON was born in Granby, Hampshire, MA 8 August 1829. Juliann died 2 April 1917 in Cherry Valley, Ashtabula, OH, at 87 years of age. Her body was interred 4 April 1917 in Cherry Valley, Ashtabula, OH. She married unknown MATHEWS.

1457 vi. Curtis BARTON was born in Granby, Hampshire, MA 17 October 1833. Curtis died 14 August 1835 at 1 year of age.
