He married Mary Ann COLE 27 January 1830 in Grafton, Worcester, MA.⁽⁸⁹¹⁾ Mary was born 18 October 1806 in Sutton, Worcester, MA. Mary was the daughter of Stephen COLE. Mary died 23 February 1888 in Springfield, Hampden, MA, at 81 years of age.⁽⁸⁹²⁾

BARTON was born in Millbury, Worcester, MA 22 May 1847.⁽⁸⁹⁵⁾ He married Harriett TRIMM 14 August 1871 in Worcester, Worcester, MA.⁽⁸⁹⁶⁾ Harriett was born about 1854 in Worcester, Worcester, MA. Harriett was the daughter of Arnold TRIMM. Harriett was listed as Reuben L. BARTON's wife on the 1920 Census in Worcester, Worcester, MA.
