396. William M.⁷ BARTON (Isaac⁶, Isaac⁵, Penuel⁴, Ebenezer³, William², Edward¹) was born in Raymond, Cumberland, ME 25 April 1823.⁽⁴⁷⁹⁾ William died 27 September 1910 in Boston, Suffolk, MA, at 87 years of age.⁽⁴⁸⁰⁾

He married twice. He married Maria COBURN About 1847. Maria was born About 1824 in NH. He married Charity BEAN 28 June 1860 in Ossipee, Carroll, NH.⁽⁴⁸¹⁾ NH VR say this is Williams 2nd marriage.

In the Census of William was listed as a head of household in Minot, Cumberland, ME. The following individuals are also linked to this event: Sarah BARTON (household member); Charles BARTON (household member); Maria COBURN (household member). William's marriage to Charity was his 2nd according to the record in the VR office. He was a clothier. The volume "Decendants of John and Anthony Emery" says William went to Roxbury, Essex, VA. At his death he is called a builder. He was buried at Forest Hills Cemetery.

William M. BARTON and Maria COBURN had the following children:
