659. William Bowman⁷ DICKENSON (Hannah⁶ BARTON, David⁵, Elisha (Elijah)⁴, Samuel³, Matthew², Edward¹)⁽⁸⁰⁹⁾ was born in Waterville, NY January 7, 1799. William died August 13, 1880 in Granby, Hampshire, MA, at 81 years of age.

He married Lois Parsons FERRY 25 November 1821 in Granby, Hampshire, MA. Lois was born 12 July 1802 in Granby, Hampshire, MA. Lois⁽⁸¹⁰⁾ was the daughter of Luther FERRY and Azubha DICKENSON. Lois died 24 March 1880 in Granby, Hampshire, MA, at 77 years of age. William was a selectman in 1835, 1852 and 1853.

William Bowman DICKENSON and Lois Parsons FERRY had the following children:

1599 i. Sylvester Addison⁸ DICKENSON was born 14 September 1823.

1600 ii. Hannah Louisa DICKENSON was born in Granby, Hampshire, MA 11 August 1825. Hannah died 24 March 1880 in Chickasaw Co., IA, at 54 years of age. Her body was interred 1907 in Nashua, Chickasaw, IA. She married Samuel Finley EASTMAN 29 October 1845 in Granby, Hampshire, MA. Samuel died 1900 in Chickasaw Co., IA. His body was interred 1900 in Nashua, Chickasaw, IA. Hannah and Samuel are buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Nashua, IA.

1601 iii. Helen Amanda DICKENSON was born 29 August 1827.

+ 1602 iv. Elihu Romeo DICKENSON was born 6 October 1829.

1603 v. William Edwin DICKENSON was born 10 February 1836.

1604 vi. Lois Lucina DICKENSON was born 22 September 1838.
