He married Mary Eliza Lida ENGLISH March 10, 1896 in Keokuk, Lee, IA. Mary was born October 19, 1869 in KS. Mary died May 31, 1943 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA, at 73 years of age.

4424 i. Osie Foye¹⁰ DANIELS was born in Jacksonville, Morgan, IL April 27, 1900. Osie died 22 September 1996 in Omaha, Douglas, NE, at 96 years of age. She married James Charles VAN AVERY April 8, 1923 in Omaha, Douglas, NE. James was born September 2, 1892 in Ohaha, Douglas, NE. James died June 1, 1974 in Omaha, Douglas, NE, at 81 years of age.

4425 ii. Joseph English DANIELS was born in Wichita, Sedgwick, KS 9 June 1902. Joseph died 24 September 1941 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA, at 39 years of age. Joseph was a motercycle officer killed while standing with one foot on the running board of a vehicle he had pulled over. He was struck by another car and trown some 100 feet.
