332. Clarissa Harlow⁶ BARTON (Stephen⁵, Edmund⁴, Samuel³, Matthew², Edward¹) was born in Oxford, Worcester, MA September 10, 1770. Clarissa died 13 November 1843 in Maine, at 73 years of age.

She married Richard FOSTER 20 October 1791 in Winthrop, Kennebec, ME. Richard was born 31 May 1768. Richard was the son of Samuel FOSTER and Leah EVERY. Richard died 23 August 1841 at 73 years of age.

Clarissa Harlow BARTON and Richard FOSTER had the following children:

789 i. Parthene Barton⁷ FOSTER was born 18 May 1792. She married Daniel THING 22 January 1815 in Winthrop, Kennebec, ME.

790 ii. Ebenezer FOSTER was born in St Stephen, New Brunswick, Canada 14 August 1794. He married Mary CRABTREE 30 December 1819 in Bowdoinham, Sagadahoc, ME.

791 iii. Harlow Barton FOSTER was born 12 September 1798.

792 iv. Clarissa Harlow FOSTER was born 2 May 1801.

793 v. Pamelia FOSTER was born 14 March 1804.

794 vi. Laurinda FOSTER was born 14 March 1804. She married Charles LEADBETTER.

795 vii. Elvira FOSTER was born in New Sharon, Kennebec, ME 17 November 1806. She married James MAXFIELD. James was born 1803. James died 1872 at 69 years of age.

796 viii. Michael FOSTER was born 19 April 1809.

797 ix. Walcott FOSTER was born 12 March 1812. He married Mabrianna ATWOOD.

798 x. Viletta FOSTER was born 9 May 1815. She married James LANE 5 February 1833 in New Sharon, Franklin, ME. James was listed as the head of a family on the 1850 Census in New Sharon, Franklin, ME. The following individual is also linked to this event: Viletta FOSTER (household member).
