295. Reuben⁶ BARTON (Reuben⁵, Caleb⁴, Samuel³, Matthew², Edward¹) was born in Sutton, Worcester, MA January 25, 1772. Reuben died 5 October 1848 in Millbury, Worcester, MA, at 76 years of age.⁽³⁷⁵⁾

He married Mehittabel JENNISON November 16, 1799 in Sutton, Worcester, MA. Mehittabel was born circa 1775. Mehittabel died after 1850. In the 1850 census Mehitable is living with her daughter Sophia in Sutton.

He was baptized 16 August 1778 in Sutton, Worcester, MA. Reuben had his will probated 1849 in Worcester, Worcester, MA.⁽³⁷⁶⁾

Reuben BARTON and Mehittabel JENNISON had the following children:

+ 729 i. Hudson⁷ BARTON was born 26 September 1800.

+ 730 ii. Lewis BARTON was born 26 March 1802.

+ 731 iii. Sophronia BARTON was born 8 January 1804.

732 iv. Betsey Gage BARTON was born in Millbury, Worcester, MA 5 May 1807.⁽³⁷⁷⁾ Betsey died 27 October 1813 in Millbury, Worcester, MA, at 6 years of age.⁽³⁷⁸⁾ She was baptized 31 May 1812 in Sutton, Worcester, MA.

733 v. Mary BARTON was born in Millbury, Worcester, MA 3 March 1810.⁽³⁷⁹⁾

+ 734 vi. Eliza Gage BARTON was born 3 February 1814.
