He married twice. He married Mary HART. Mary was born about 1730 in Leicester, Worcester, MA. He married Hannah BARTON January 24, 1748/1749 in Oxford, Worcester, MA.⁽¹¹⁸⁾ Also recorded at Dudley, MA

Hannah was born September 29, 1728 in Oxford, Worcester, MA. Hannah was the daughter of Caleb BARTON and Mary SHUMWAY. Hannah died before 1758. Ebenezer was a soldier in the Revolution and was probably killed during the war.

Ebenezer BARTON and Mary HART had the following child:
