53. Mercy (Mary)⁴ BARTON (Samuel³, Matthew², Edward¹)⁽⁴⁰⁾ was born in Framingham, Middlesex, MA May 22, 1694.⁽⁴¹⁾ Mercy died October 3, 1730 at 36 years of age.

She married David TOWNE December 31, 1716 in Woodstock, MA.

Mercy (Mary) BARTON and David TOWNE had the following children:

97 i. Francis⁵ TOWNE was born 1719. Francis died 1729 at 10 years of age.

98 ii. Hannah TOWNE was born 1720. Hannah died 1743 at 23 years of age.

99 iii. Deliverance TOWNE was born 1726.
