Florence¹¹ BARTON (George Steel¹⁰, George Mead⁹, Samuel T.⁸, David⁷, Caleb⁶, John⁵, Caleb⁴, Samuel³, Matthew², Edward¹) was born in Cambridge, MIddlesex, MA August 3, 1904.⁽²⁵³²⁾ Florence died April 29, 1986 in Lexington, Middlesex, MA, at 81 years of age. Her body was interred April 30, 1986 in Cambridge, MA.

She married Stanley Linnell HAMLIN 1925. Stanley was born December 1, 1903 in Falmouth, MA.⁽²⁵³³⁾ Stanley was the son of Edward B. HAMLIN and Sarah E. LINNELL. Stanley died September 28, 1988 in Duxbury, MA, at 84 years of age. Stanley was the son of Edward Bemis Clapp Hamlin and Sarah Linnell. He was an insurance salesman.

Florence acquired the artistic talents of her father and was well known for her still life paintings. In the 1930 census she is called an artist and worked for an engraving firm. He ans son Edward were living with her father in Lexington at 15 Bloomfield.

Florence BARTON and Stanley Linnell HAMLIN had the following children:

+ 6062 i. Edward B.¹² HAMLIN (still alive).

+ 6063 ii. Cynthia HAMLIN was born November 9, 1934.
